My guess is that they will probably be implementing some sort of simulation SW for Ferrari and not actually desgning the engine. It actually might even be something as mundane as data entry.
In any case, this is good visibility for TCS, especially if they could work out a deal where by they get some real estate on the actual race cars as partial payment for the work.
