Melatonin, Sleep and My Body...

This publication talks about Melatonin and its effects on your sleep and wake cycle. Interesting read with a section titled "Twelve Questions To Ask Yourself".

The publication goes on to say:
If you answer "yes" to any of the above questions, you may have found a reason for your sleeping troubles. Try changing your behavior and see if your sleep improves.

I answered Yes to 4 of them so maybe it is high time I change my ways?! :)

  1. Hang on. A comfortable bed is reason for sleep disorders??? I'd like to know how that one works.

    As for you mister, look no further than question 1 & 9.

  2. Seriously - I didn't quite understand the part about the Super Comfortable bed as being a cause of insomnia

    "Umm, my bed is too comfortable, I can't sleep in it enough" :)

    Maybe they meant, "Your bed is not very comfortable"??
